CANCELLATION POLICY

It’s important to understand that when clients forget or cancel appointments without giving enough notice, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, booked appointments are subject to the following terms. Please note that there are different cancellation policies for single services, multiple services booked or group bookings, and offsite bookings. All bookings require a credit card to be on file; this card will not be used by Gorgeous Glo unless there is a "Late Cancellation" or "No Show".

  • Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

  • As a courtesy, appointment confirmation emails are sent at the time of booking. Reminders are sent by both SMS and email 24 hours in advance of any appointments not already confirmed. These messages will be sent to the contact information provided. 

  • Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.

  • To ensure a full experience, please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

  • Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) even if there is not enough time to render them.

  • Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted. The 3% credit card processing charge will also be passed on to any no-show or late cancellation client.

SINGLE SERVICE BOOKINGS:

  • You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 24 hours preceding the start time of your appointment.

  • Less than 24 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and could result in a charge up to 100% of the scheduled service(s).

  • If you do not cancel your appointment and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and will be charged up to the full price of the scheduled service(s).

CUSTOM LUXURY HEAD SPA SERVICE:

  • You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 48 hours preceding the start time of your appointment.

  • Less than 48 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and could result in a charge up to 100% of the scheduled service(s).

  • If you do not cancel your appointment and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and will be charged up to the full price of the scheduled service(s).

PRIVATE SALON SERVICES:

  • Your Private Salon request is not fully confirmed until you have heard back from us with a verbal confirmation.

  • You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 72 hours preceding the start time of your appointment.

  • Less than 72 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge up to 100% of the scheduled services.

  • If you do not cancel your appointment and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and will be charged the full price of the scheduled services.

GROUP BOOKINGS OR INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS OF 3 OR MORE SERVICES:

  • You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 72 hours preceding the start time of your appointment.

  • Less than 72 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge up to 100% of the scheduled services.

  • If you do not cancel your appointment and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and will be charged the full price of the scheduled services.

  • All Group Bookings and 3 or more service bookings will require a 25% non-refundable deposit that will be forfeited if there is a "Late Cancellation" or "No Show".

WEDDINGS/LARGE GROUP OFFSITE BOOKINGS:

  • Weddings/large group offsite bookings are defined as any services not performed at either Gorgeous Glo location for a group of four or more.

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when Weddings/large group offsite bookings are made.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the Weddings/large group offsite bookings service date. At this point, none of the amount paid is refundable. 

MOBILE BOOKINGS:

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when mobile bookings are made.

  • If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and will be charged the full price of the scheduled services. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled service) will also be charged the full price of scheduled services.

  • You may change the date or time of your scheduled service without penalty, but your request must be received by phone, text or email within 48 hours of the originally-scheduled service.

  • Travel fees may be applied depending upon service location.
